The City of Brandon Public Works Department oversees four divisions: Water & Sewer, Street, Sanitation, and Storm Water.

Water & Sewer

The Public Works Departments works diligently to ensure that all pot holes get filled and downed street signs get replaced. You can report issues by filling out the online form.

Waste Management currently provides for our solid waste collection and disposal.  The city provides solid waste collection twice a week.  Containers must be placed at the curb or end of driveway by 7:00 a.m. on your pick-up day. Brush and grass clippings need to be bagged and placed alongside your other trash.

For residential limb pickup – limbs must be in a manageable piles with limbs no longer than five-feet long, eight-inches in diameter and kept to a maximum three feet in height stacked neatly at the curb next to your garbage in order to be picked up.

Should you have any questions for or concerns with Waste Management, please call their call center at  1-800-272-5539 or the City of Brandon Public Works Department at 601-824-4579.
